I'm Back!

I was gone, but now I am back.
I am still working on my website (it may take a while, but I am getting closer to finishing it).
My birthday is Monday, so I will have many new models then. Yippee!
I have joined the IMEHA, and I am working on joining the ABRB. I have yet to join the IPARBA.

I have new rope halter colors......I will post more about them later.

So all in all, I am EXTREMELY busy in the model horse world.

I will do I real post soon!

By the way, if you want to see my website go here:
If you would like to use any of my horses, make sure they have a pedigree. If they don't (unless notified), they aren't available at this time. :)

The BOX! / Novice Wrap-up

Today my MEPSA box arrived, on the same day my box arrived last year. Even though I didn't do as well as last year (and my horses were somehow put in the wrong classes), I was still excited. I shouted and pulled  everything out the box. I was/am still very proud of my models.
BTW.....he is one of my favorite superheros.... tied with Captain America.

My ribbons that belonged to each photo.

I took photos of all of my ribbons from my two years of being in Novice. They grand totaled at 48 ribbons.

The ribbons and loot from the past two years.

Next, I took photos of each horse that have shown in MEPSA with their ribbons from both years.

On A Roll

I have made 20 rope halters in the past two days. I am preparing for a Live show I might go to (my first one!), my birthday is this upcoming Monday (September 1st), and I hope to get three or four new Traditionals in (hopefully) mint or factory mint condition so that I can show them.

 I am on a roll.

I now have six colors I am using for my rope halters. Black, Brown, Tan, Pink, Blue, and Dark Purple. I have Silver and Gold clasps. The next time I go to the store I am going to get Slate colored clasps and more thread colors.

On the other hand......

I think Magnum's Firecracker likes his new abode. On my dresser. In my ten year old barn.
Happy boy!

More about my birthday, the live show, Firecracker's new house, and more later!

Pictures taken this afternoon.

I have another post down below this one that I did today also.

Spruce Mountain Hike

Yesterday my family decided to go on a hike. We go to lots of hikes at Castlewood Canyon, but this time mom and dad wanted something different....Spruce Mountain. We had never been to Spruce Mountain before. Of course, I brought a SM model "Spots" with me to take pictures. Spots has some issues with her paint, so I may get another one of her on my birthday.

It took us a while to find it....

..This baby Pot bellied pig chased our car down the road. It was so cute!

We had to ask directions....
It is horse country out here! Love it!

Then we found it.
A part of Spruce mountain. The big, big "mountain" was towards the left of this one.

We had been hiking for about ten minutes when we ran into some riders on the trail.

The views at the top were amazing!

My dad decided to climb a rock........see him?

It was a lot of fun, and I am still giggling over the Pig!
P.S. Thanks for all  the comments about the "Shady or Sunny?" post. I decided to use the shady picture  because of your comments. Thanks so much!
